Description:
The contract involves developing control system components, electronics, sensors, and a hydraulic unit, including the manufacture and assembly of systems for machine control and communication, culminating in a prototype demonstration and a comprehensive report on the research outcomes.
DEVELOPMENT OF CONTROL SYSTEM COMPONENTS Estimated value: 500,000.00 PLN The subject of the contract is the development of control system components, electronics, sensors, and the hydraulic unit.
The order includes delivery of:
1. Development of the hydraulic system
Manufacture and delivery according to the guidelines of the research team of the hydraulic unit with speed regulation for each motor, hydraulic actuator, with a safety system preventing accidental activation, capable of being powered by a tractor with a pump capacity up to 100 l/min without harmful effects (excessive heating) and with Load Sensing function.
2. Development of the control system. Based on the developed machine operation algorithm
a) Manufacture of cable harnesses enabling full machine control (operation of sensors, hydraulic unit, electric motors) and lighting system of the machine b) Manufacture of the machine control system (ECU) located on the machine, operating correctly with parameters: IP67, temperature (-20°C to +60°C), 12VDC along with safety systems. c) Development of control software for the ECU based on the algorithm d) Development and implementation of a communication system between the ECU and tablet, protected against external interference, with limited range 3. The order includes complete assembly of the electrical and hydraulic installation, installation of the ECU and hydraulic unit, wiring harness assembly, configuration, programming, and commissioning of the system on the Ordering Party's machine.
Ultimately, the industrial research must conclude with a demonstration of the system prototype under conditions close to real ones (the outcome should reach Technology Readiness Level VI), i.e. testing a representative system prototype under conditions closely resembling real conditions (either accurately replicating real conditions or simulated operational conditions).
The order also includes preparation by the selected contractor of a Report concluding the above-mentioned research (for each phase of the industrial research, presenting the obtained results from individual research scopes and their analysis/conclusions).
The contractor selected under this procedure will be obliged to hold operational meetings with the Ordering Party to discuss, among others, progress in research and development work, obtained results, encountered research and organizational problems, ways to solve issues related to order execution, and work plans for upcoming research periods. The Ordering Party requires the participation of the Project Manager employed by the Contractor or a person designated by them in operational meetings held at least once a month. Meetings will be held in person or online via videoconference. Meeting dates will be set by the R&D Project Coordinator and/or R&D Project Manager employed by the Ordering Party and agreed upon each time with the Contractor's Project Manager.
The contractor selected under this procedure will be obliged to transfer to the Ordering Party all rights to solutions and intellectual property developed under this contract for the remuneration resulting from the execution of this contract.
