1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a robotic warehouse system with renovation and adaptation works in the WIM-PIB premises. 2. The contracting authority does not allow for partial bids. 3. The order has not been divided into packages. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference and 3a (PFU). 5. The contractor is obliged to execute the order under the terms and conditions specified in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.
