The subject of the contract includes:
Part 1
• development and implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation and the Business Continuity Management System, including business continuity and disaster recovery plans;
• inventory of ICT assets;
• conducting training on the Information Security Management System, including the implemented information security policy;
• conducting cybersecurity training linked
to social engineering tests;
• conducting a final information security audit
along with an OT network cybersecurity audit.
Part 2
• physical server necessary for installing the product or implementing the security solution;
• physical server for backup purposes;
• NAS disk array;
• rack cabinet;
• Wi-Fi access points of access point type supporting 802.1X and WPA3-Enterprise;
• workstations serving as IT/OT jump stations;
• UPS with batteries to secure security solutions;
• UPS with batteries to secure workstations;
• SOC Managed Detection and Response (MDR);
• UTM/NGFW Firewall with Web Secure Gateway function and anti-spam protection;
• Email Secure Gateway mail gateway;
• SIEM, IDS/MIDS, Honeypot, and incident response mechanisms;
• ITSM-type software for infrastructure management;
• network devices and server monitoring system;
• central password manager;
• hardware U2F keys;
• EPP/EDR/XDR/NDR software and ransomware protection;

Delivery and service address – Strzeleckie Waterworks and Sewage Limited Liability Company, ul. Mickiewicza 10, 47-100 Strzelce Opolskie, and stationary generator set on the premises of the Water Treatment Station in Kadłub, municipality Strzelce Opolskie, Polna Street.
The contractor shall perform the contract taking into account the provisions of the ToR, Annex 1A and/or Annex 1B depending on the part of the procedure, as well as the content of the contract constituting Annex 10A for part 1 and Annex 10B to the ToR respectively for part 2 of the ongoing procedure.
