Lot No.1 - Provision of External Expert Assistance for the Organization and Management of the Project: "Support for Sustainable Energy Renovation of Multifamily Residential Building - Bl. No. 7, 8, and 9, Garlyanitsa Neighborhood, Radomir City"
Lot No.2 - Provision of External Expert Assistance for the Organization and Management of the Project: "Support for Sustainable Energy Renovation of Multifamily Residential Building Bl. No. 3, NOE Neighborhood, Radomir City"
The subject of the order for each of the separate lots is the assignment of activities for providing external expert assistance for project organization and management.
The organization and management of the project include at least the following tasks:
- Ensuring strict compliance and non-deviation from the contract for gratuitous financial assistance;
- Preparing reports, opinions, letters, and correspondence with interested parties regarding the management, execution, and reporting of the project, as well as participating in meetings between representatives of partners and interested parties;
- Participating in the process of conducting documentary checks (verifications) on invoices and other documents with equivalent evidential value presented by contractors under individual contracts;
- Ensuring uncompromising application of the "Do No Significant Harm" principle in all activities as per Regulation (EU) 2020/852 and according to "Technical Guidance on the Application of the Do No Significant Harm Principle".

Provision of External Expert Assistance for the Organization and Management of the Project: "Support for Sustainable Energy Renovation of Multifamily Residential Building - Bl. No. 7, 8, and 9, Garlyanitsa Neighborhood, Radomir City".
The subject of this lot includes provision of external expert assistance for the organization and management of the project with DFP BG16FFPR003-4.001-0323-C01 "Support for Sustainable Energy Renovation of Multifamily Residential Building - Bl. No. 7, 8, and 9, Garlyanitsa Neighborhood, Radomir City".
In this public procurement, the Contracting Authority will determine a contractor to provide the following external experts:
1. Project Management Team Leader;
2. Legal Expert;
3. Financial Reporting Expert;
4. Accountant;
5. Technical Reporting Expert.
The management structure thus created aims to ensure high quality and satisfaction with the outcomes, preventing overlap and duplication of functions and tasks among team members.
Team members will monitor the quality and effective execution of activities and their sequence, aiming for effective coordination and communication with all project participants, ensuring transparency in project management, accountability, and monitoring of its implementation.
