1. The subject of the contract is the "Construction of photovoltaic installations with Energy Storages in Jeziora Wielkie" in a design and build system, where the installation of 23 micro-installations with a total capacity of at least 627.76 kWp is planned. The installations will be located on lands and roofs owned by the municipality. The ordering party indicates that construction and assembly works will not pose a threat to environmental protection and will not be initiatives that have a harmful impact on the natural environment.
2. The subject of the contract includes in particular:
- Conducting an inventory of the existing conditions that affect the design and implementation of the investment, including underground infrastructure, hardened surfaces, cubic objects, installations, etc.;
- Developing project documentation in the form of an executive project for all facilities along with required opinions and arrangements, if required;
- Installation of support structures for various locations such as: flat and sloped roofs and on the ground;
- Obtaining necessary permits for tree and shrub felling, if required, and their removal;
- Installation of photovoltaic modules on prepared photovoltaic structures;
- Installation of devices for monitoring the operating parameters at the photovoltaic module level;
- Installation of DC and AC wiring along with the execution of cable routes and WLZ lines and connection to the existing electrical installation;
- Installation of hybrid inverters with powers matched to the installed photovoltaic modules;
- Installation of a distribution board with surge protection devices and protection for DC and AC parts;
- Execution of installation grounding, if required. The entire process is supported by calculations;
- Delivery of an energy management system along with installation, commissioning and training for investor representatives, enabling remote monitoring, visualization of processes, and reading of parameters of each photovoltaic installation via the internet network.
- Connecting photovoltaic installations to the power grid along with carrying out all related procedures until the installation and installation of new measuring systems by the Distribution Company and commissioning the installation to the Investor.
- Preparing on behalf of the Investor an agreement with a fire safety expert and notifying the State Fire Service of readiness for the use of the photovoltaic installation according to Art. 29.1 and Art. 56 of the Construction Law and obtaining permits for use in cases where they are required. Applies to all facilities mentioned in the PFU;
- Conducting a complete set of measurements and preparing protocols for the Investor;
- Developing as-built documentation along with device certificates, warranty cards, technical and operational manuals for the installed devices. Preparing for reception - final acceptance and obtaining user permits on behalf of the Investor in cases where they are required. Applies to all facilities mentioned in the PFU;
- If the execution of the subject of the contract requires an increase in connection capacity for a given facility, the Contractor will be obliged to take the necessary actions in this regard and bear all related costs.
- If the execution of the subject of the contract requires obtaining a building permit decision, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare the complete documentation necessary for its obtainment on behalf of the Ordering Party or based on a granted power of attorney decision of the appropriate architectural and construction administration authority.
