Description:
The project involves the delivery and implementation of an industrial network monitoring system, including hardware probes, software, installation, training, and ongoing support, with specific requirements detailed in the associated documentation.
Delivery and implementation of the industrial network monitoring system 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of the industrial network monitoring system specified in point 2 below. The contract will be performed at the seat of the Contracting Authority, i.e. ul. Hugona Kołłątaja 4, 72-600 Świnoujście 2. The contract scope specifically includes: – the implementation of the industrial network monitoring system (IDS system) consisting of hardware probes and software for managing and analyzing network traffic; – delivery of a perpetual license for the IDS system for an unlimited number of monitored devices and delivery of 3 hardware probes; – installation, configuration, and parameterization of the IDS system in the server environment indicated by the Contracting Authority and installation of hardware probes at locations specified by the Contracting Authority, including execution of necessary connections and cabling; – providing manufacturer service support for the IDS system for at least 12 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol without reservations; – providing a warranty for the delivered hardware probes for at least 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol without reservations; – supporting the Contracting Authority’s administrators in operating the IDS system during implementation and subsequent operation; – organizing and conducting training for the Contracting Authority’s administrators on IDS system configuration and administration; – preparation and delivery of as-built documentation. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including functional, technical requirements and minimum parameters of the IDS system and hardware probes, is specified in Annex No. 1 to this Request for Proposal (Terms of Reference).
