Project Management for the Production of a New Resource from the Boucle des Maillys, Treatment and Transport of Drinking Water (21).
It is planned to break it down into phases. The contract includes one firm phase and 7 optional phases defined below:
FIRM PHASE
- Project Studies (PRO)
OPTIONAL PHASES
- Phase No. 1: – Assistance for the Public Works Bidding Process (AMT)
- Phase No. 2: – VISA
– Direction of Work Execution (DET) and Scheduling, Monitoring and Coordination of the Site (OPC)
– Assistance during Reception Operations (AOR) and during the Perfect Completion Guarantee Period (GPA)
- Phase No. 3 – Assistance for Studies and Related Works
- Phase No. 4 – Procedures and Obtaining Administrative Authorizations
- Phase No. 5 – Procedures and Obtaining Authorization for the Drinking Water Treatment Plant and Management of Discharges
- Phase No. 6 – Assistance in the Search for and Subscription of Construction Damage Insurance
- Phase No. 7 – PGSSE

The project management team must have the following minimum skills:
- Hydraulics: Sizing of water intakes, pumping,
- Drinking Water Treatment: Design of treatment plants,
- Hydraulic Civil Engineering: Structures: plant, recovery stations,
- Networks and Pipelines: Sizing, layout, hydraulic modeling, pressure management,
- Project management skills: Steering project management missions, Multi-company coordination, Planning, Work monitoring (DET, OPC, AOR)

The project management mission concerns:
- structures of type: Infrastructure
- works of type: New construction

Estimated cost of the works: €64,278,660 excluding tax
