This contract aims to enable the City to respond to a demand for: maintenance and operation with major repairs, renewal of heating installations, production of domestic hot water, ventilation, and air conditioning of the City's and CCAS's assets. The selected organization must be able to provide the following services detailed in the CCTP:
- P2: Maintenance, operation, monitoring, and control of technical installations (including the supply of water treatment products);
- P3 (GER): Major repairs, renewal, and total guarantee of installations;
- P5: Ancillary work: Ancillary work carried out within the framework of the contract;
- P3 (Mandatory work): Renewal plan and imposed work.
The present contract provides for the simultaneous achievement of four objectives:
- Providing users with continuity of service and comfort, maintenance, and keeping in perfect working condition the equipment for which it is responsible;
- Seeking energy savings with incentives;
- Advising the City on the monitoring of installations and the development of work programs aimed at improving energy performance;
- Site security.
Lot 1 includes all educational establishments and associated housing.
Lot 2 includes all other buildings.
The contract contains a clause for incentives applied to heating consumption.
Each lot will be subject to separate awarding.
The services are settled by unit and flat-rate prices. Regarding unit services, the estimate is as follows for the 7 years of contract execution:
- Lot 1: 4,200,000 euros excluding VAT maximum;
- Lot 2: 4,200,000 euros excluding VAT maximum.
