The purpose of this procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with a number of service providers per lot in the field of purchasing services and contract and supplier management. The assignment consists of three lots:
Lot 1: Operational and tactical purchasing services;
Lot 2: Strategic and specialized purchasing (consultancy) services;
Lot 3: Contract and supplier management.

The framework agreements will be concluded for an initial period of 24 months. After the initial period, the contracting authority has the option to extend the framework agreements tacitly twice, each time for a maximum of 12 months. Maximum value € 430,000,000
