1. The subject of the order is: Modernization of the device - 1.5 T Magnetic Resonance Imaging along with the execution of accompanying construction and installation works in the Radiology Department rooms.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in the Functional-Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as PFU) and “Summary of technical parameters, warranty conditions, service, and training” - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
3. The description of the subject of the order should be read together with any changes to the content of the document, resulting from, for example, the answers given to contractor inquiries.
4. The delivery in question is financed as part of the project titled: “Development of Oncology Competence Centers based on innovative diagnostic and therapeutic techniques” as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan – component D “Effectiveness, accessibility, and quality of the healthcare system” being an element of Investment Investment D1.1.1 “Development and modernization of the infrastructure of centers for high-specialized care and other healthcare entities” and the Employer’s own funds.
5. The Employer foresees the possibility of canceling the procurement procedure in a situation where it has not obtained the necessary funding for the planned project. According to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer may annul the procurement procedure if the public funds it intended to allocate for financing all or part of the order have not been granted to it.
