This notice concerns the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, training, and warranty of spatial transcriptomics equipment compatible with FFPE for the RESTORE-CNRS laboratory, according to the technical specifications defined in the Special Technical Specifications Document (CCTP) No. 25402. The contract is a mixed framework agreement with part on purchase orders and part on subsequent contracts. The contract allows ordering the following services via purchase orders:
- One (1) spatial transcriptomics equipment compatible with FFPE,
- The consumables necessary for experiments (kits, slides, probes, reagents...),
- One or more maintenance contract(s). The contract allows ordering the following services via subsequent contracts:
- Software upgrades.
In accordance with article R2162-4 1° of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is concluded with a minimum (in quantity) and a maximum (in value). The minimum quantity is set at the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, training, and warranty of one (1) spatial transcriptomics equipment compatible with FFPE. The maximum amount is set at €760,000 excluding tax. The maximum amount does not commit the CNRS. It does not correspond to the budget allocated to the contract. It represents the maximum amount of orders that the CNRS may place with the Contractor during the entire duration of the contract. The notification of the framework agreement to the Contractor constitutes an order for the following services: supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, training, and warranty of one (1) spatial transcriptomics equipment compatible with FFPE.
