The estimated scope, i.e., quantity of procurement items is specified in the Technical Specification/Cost Estimate, which constitutes an integral part of this Procurement Documentation.
All equipment must be offered on DDP terms (Incoterms 2020, latest edition) at the Purchaser's location, Plinacro, d.o.o., Savska cesta 88a, Zagreb, implemented, connected, and functionally tested at the locations of the technical protection system modernization sites with all necessary certificates and test protocols until full functionality and usability of the delivered equipment in accordance with the Technical Specification/Cost Estimate.
The provisions of Article 395 of the Public Procurement Act shall apply to this procurement subject.
