The subject of the tender is the planning, implementation, validation, commissioning, and operation of a scalable, secure, and interoperable genome database for neurodegenerative diseases, including the associated data processing, sequencing, and delivery services for up to 25,000 human genomes generated through long-read sequencing. The service also includes the infrastructure and consumables for the processing and preparation of DNA, the production of DNA libraries, long-read sequencing, quality assurance, bioinformatics processing, storage, analysis, and controlled delivery of the resulting data, as well as documentation and support services.
