In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation is 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers; B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification within one day, namely on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers, through a consolidated response, provided that the requests for clarification are submitted within the specified term.
