Provision of IT equipment under the project: “PABLO - Autonomous Urban Delivery Robots”- Project Type: PCIDIF/159/PCIDIF_P1/OP1/RSO1.1/PCIDIF_A1. The number of days until clarification requests can be submitted before the deadline for offer submission is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond to clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for offer submission. The contracting authority will ONLY respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators until the established deadline. The estimated value of the contract (according to the financing contract and the funding request) is 469,157.79 RON excluding VAT, of which: Package 1 - IT equipment for research purchases - 217,969.39 lei excluding VAT. Package 2 - Mobile devices for testing - 33,295.84 lei excluding VAT. Package 3 - IT equipment for development purchases - 200,082.56 lei excluding VAT. Package 4 - Equipment necessary for production activities - 17,810 lei excluding VAT.

Package 4 – Equipment necessary for production activities - 5 sets of tablets/terminals for restaurants (2 per pilot restaurant).
The estimated values have been grounded on the basis of market analysis. The delivery time for the equipment is a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of the firm order transmission.
