The subject of the contract is the modernization of the SIEM system to enhance the security of the OST 112 network. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the ToR. The subject of the contract consists of 3 tasks:
PHASE I
Task No. 1 – renewal of subscription licenses along with manufacturer technical support (S&S) for the IBM QRadar SIEM system for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for Phase 1, but not earlier than January 1, 2027;
PHASE II
Task No. 2 – provision of technical support services by the Contractor for the IBM QRadar SIEM System for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for Phase 1, but not earlier than January 1, 2027;
Task No. 3 – provision of post-warranty service by the Contractor for the QRadar SIEM hardware platform for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for Phase 1, but not earlier than January 1, 2027.
