The subject of the contract is the lease of 210 (in words: two hundred and ten) air quality measurement system sets in the Poznań Metropolis covering installation, commissioning, and service from October 1, 2026 (or from the date of contract signing) until June 30, 2028, and implementation of the following tasks:
1) lease of 210 (in words: two hundred and ten) air quality measurement system sets consisting of:
a) air quality meter with complete accessories,
b) television (monitor) with complete accessories,
c) monitor control unit with complete accessories,
d) information board;
2) delivery, installation, and commissioning of the air quality measurement system sets,
3) integration of the air quality measurement system with the platform indicated by the Contracting Authority,
4) provision of access to the IT platform enabling the collection, processing, and presentation of measurement data,
5) maintenance of the air quality measurement system and ensuring its continuous operation for the duration of the contract,
6) servicing of the leased air quality measurement system sets.

1. The subject of the contract is the lease of 210 (in words: two hundred and ten) air quality measurement system sets in the Poznań Metropolis including installation, commissioning, and service.
2. The subject of the contract includes the realization of the following tasks:
1) lease of 210 (in words: two hundred and ten) air quality measurement system sets consisting of:
a) air quality meter with complete accessories,
b) television (monitor) with complete accessories,
c) monitor control unit with complete accessories,
d) information board;
2) delivery, installation, and commissioning of the air quality measurement system sets,
3) integration of the air quality measurement system with the platform indicated by the Contracting Authority,
4) provision of access to the IT platform enabling the collection, processing, and presentation of measurement data,
5) maintenance of the air quality measurement system and ensuring its continuous operation for the duration of the contract,
6) servicing of the leased air quality measurement system sets.
3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: "Tender Specifications") is specified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The subject of the contract must meet all requirements and comply with all parameters specified in the Tender Specifications.
