Description:
The project involves designing and implementing a universal multi-agent AI platform for the city of Brno, which includes chatbots, internal AI agents, and automated workflows, all while ensuring scalability, hardware delivery, staff training, and high service availability.

The subject of the public contract is the design, implementation, deployment, and subsequent operation of a universal multi-agent AI platform provided as a locally operated on-premise service, which integrates communication scenarios towards the public as well as internal automation processes of the statutory city of Brno within a common administrative interface. The supplier will ensure the complete delivery of redundant hardware and software equipment for on-premise installation in the client's environment, with the solution being dimensioned for smooth operation for a minimum of three years without the need for further server expansion. Part of the delivery includes the implementation of intelligent chatbots for the city's main website and the websites of the local municipalities that are in production on the web platform, the creation of internal AI agents such as an AI receptionist or voicebot, and the setup of automated workflows utilizing advanced language models (LLM) with high relevance for the Czech language. The entire system must be designed to be scalable and open for future expansion with new types of AI agents and more modern language models. As part of the delivery, a detailed technical analysis will also be conducted, migration of the existing knowledge base will be ensured, an intuitive interface for content managers will be created, staff training will be provided, and high service availability will be guaranteed with a defined response time for faults. A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including technical conditions in detail necessary for processing the offer, is provided in the appendices of the procurement documentation.
