The municipal utilities Ludwigsburg-Kornwestheim GmbH is awarding planning services for heat storage and heating centers as part of the transformation plan "Network Ludwigsburg and Kornwestheim". The subject of this procedure is planning services for the Power-to-Heat plant Fuchshof and its integration into the existing control technology.

A heat generation plant with a Power-to-Heat unit with a thermal output of 4 MW is to be planned. This unit is intended for peak load coverage or redundancy. Space for a 2000 m³ heat storage tank has been designated in the parking garage at the new development area Fuchshof.
