Description:
The contract involves appointing a project manager to oversee various project phases and ensure compliance with environmental authorizations, while also promoting social integration through employment opportunities.

The purpose of this contract is to assign the project manager a mission whose constituent elements are the AVP, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET, AOR, OPC, as well as a complementary mission related to monitoring the compliance of the design and execution of the project with the current environmental authorizations. Amount of the projected budget allocated to the works: 7,748,160.00 euro(s) excluding tax. The services of this contract start from the order of service to commence phase 1 (scheduled for September 2026) and end at the expiration of the perfect completion guarantee period. The stated objective is to complete the works by December 2028. The indicative estimated duration for the execution of the mission is 48 months. This contract includes obligations regarding social integration aimed at promoting the employment of people facing particular difficulties in integration and combating unemployment for a total of 275 hours.
