The subject of the procurement is a Robot-on-grid based automatic small goods storage and picking system designed for storage of small items and rapid picking.
The system is to be acquired entirely as a single investment for the property of the contracting entity. The procurement also includes the necessary control software for the equipment along with user licenses, system installation, testing, integration into the contracting entity's existing warehouse management system (WMS), support services, and user training for staff.
The structure of the equipment must be based on a fixed grid-aluminum frame within which storage boxes are stacked tightly on top of each other without the need for aisles required by the equipment or robots. The battery-operated automatic transfer vehicles (robots) of the system must move above the frame, lift storage boxes from the stacks, and automatically transport them to the picking stations operated by employees.
The subject of procurement is described in more detail in the tender documents.
The estimated value of the procurement is approximately 3.0 million euros, including the system delivery and lifecycle services for 60 months.
