The subject of the tender is the planning, approval, delivery, installation and commissioning of charging infrastructure for electric buses or fuel cell range extender buses at the Wieblinger Weg 92 bus depot of Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH (rnv) in Heidelberg. The charging infrastructure to be built is divided into two areas: the main shutdown with 22 charging points, each with a charging capacity of at least 85 kW, and the secondary shutdown with 4 charging points, each with at least 150 kW charging capacity per charging point. All charging points must be equipped with CCS2 plugs. The subject matter of the award also includes the maintenance of the charging infrastructure for a period of at least 2 years from overall system acceptance (i.e. for the duration of the warranty period), the assurance of customer service during this time and optional training.
If necessary, a full service contract (inspection, maintenance and servicing) including spare parts supply for a further four years after expiry of the above-mentioned warranty period will also be included in the scope of services as an optional service component. Details can be found in the draft specifications.
The client reserves the right to specify the subject matter of the contract in more detail in the ongoing award procedure and to amend the procurement documents accordingly.

The charging infrastructure to be built is divided into two areas: the main shutdown with 22 charging points, each with a charging capacity of at least 85 kW, and the secondary shutdown with 4 charging points, each with at least 150 kW charging capacity per charging point.
For the charging infrastructure, the following delivery dates must be met:
1. Secondary shutdown: 31.10.2023 2. Main shutdown: 31.03.2024 All charging points must be equipped with CCS2 plugs. The transfer point is defined as the low-voltage sub-distribution in the social building. In addition, the entire charging technology must be supplied. The work essentially includes the installation of the appropriate charging technology, including any necessary communication converters and the required cabling. For the cabling, the empty pipe routes, shafts, ladders, cable routes already provided by rnv and the floor channel in front of the social building are to be used. Only for the threading of the DC cables and, if necessary, other required communication cables of the main storage in the area between charging technology and the social building, appropriate constructions for cable routing to the climbing routes are to be developed and erected by the provider.
A special feature of the tender is the supply of two charging points of the main parking via a cable dispenser each. The cable dispensers should be attached to a swivel arm. The planning, approval, delivery and installation of the swivel arm is also part of the subject of the tender. The foundations required for the loading technology and the associated empty conduit entries are provided by other lots according to the specifications of the supplier of the loading technology and are not part of this tender.
