Preparation of permit and execution plans, design supervision, and related ancillary services within the framework of a design contract for the project titled "Comprehensive Reconstruction of the Northern City District." The subject of the design: Within the project framework, reconstruction of green areas (afforestation, shrub planting), development of recreational green spaces (renovation of playgrounds, construction of pump track), development of pedestrian and bicycle paths, protection of green areas, renewal of road and parking lot surfacing to the extent necessary to prioritize pedestrian and bicycle traffic, modernization of public lighting, and installation of bicycle racks will be implemented. Design area: The design covers the area bounded by József Attila Boulevard – Makkosházi Boulevard – Rókusi Boulevard – Körtöltés Street – Makkoserdő Row – Rózsa Street, according to the attached overview site plan. The permit and execution plans must be prepared according to the following territorial division: West side of Csongrádi Boulevard: Area 1: "small forest" between Margaréta Street and Csongrádi Boulevard Area 2: Block interior bordered by Margaréta Street – Sárosi Street – Csongrádi Boulevard – playground and surroundings Area 3: Block interior bordered by Margaréta Street – Sárosi Street – Csongrádi Boulevard – dog park and surroundings Area 4: Intersection at service road of Csongrádi Boulevard Area 5: Sárosi Street – Kodály Square parking lot (parking lot affecting the south side of plots 11643/31 and 11643/30) Area 6: Area in front of Kossuth Zsuzsanna Technical and Vocational School Area 7: Area next to Kossuth Zsuzsanna Technical and Vocational School Area 8: Cső Street – Ács Street – community garden Area 9: Cső Street – Ács Street intersection and surroundings East side of Csongrádi Boulevard: Area 10: Csongrádi Boulevard – (plot 15786/49, site of the former circus) Area 11: Area next to Dunakor shopping center, Makkosházi Boulevard Area 12: Block interior bordered by Gáz Street - Csongrádi Boulevard - Ág Street Area 13: Block interior of Agyagos Street – Gáz Street Area 14: Corner of Ág Street - area in front of Pelikán Pharmacy Area 15: Expansion of playground behind Pelikán Pharmacy and development of surrounding area Area 16: Bimbó Street parking lot Area 17: Odú Center, Pedagogical Professional Service Institution, medical offices on Gáspár Zoltán Street, environment of Szeged OVI Gedó kindergarten Area 18: Development of parking lots and green belt in front of residential building no. 4-8 on Agyagos Street Area 19: Development near the heat plant I/B in the Northern city district, area next to Dugonics cemetery Area 20: Development of green space and playground on the Dugonics cemetery side along Csongrádi Boulevard Area 21: Development of other areas on the east side of Csongrádi Boulevard in the Northern city district. The detailed task definition for the areas is contained in the document entitled "Detailed task definition ESZAKI VAROSRESZ." Expected technical content of the plans: - Geodetic surveys are available, for which the Designer is responsible for verification. - For road refurbishments and parking lot constructions, existing and planned traffic engineering elements must be indicated, and permits obtained if necessary. - Planned facilities' drainage must be ensured in harmony with existing drainage on adjacent surfaces. - To retain rainwater locally, rainwater collected from surrounding pavements and roofs must be led to and stored in green areas. - LED luminaires must be designed for public lighting in the planning area. - As part of the horticultural/landscape architectural plan, a list of trees to be cut down must be prepared, indicating species and quantity. Planting plans must define species and quantities of plants, and prepare planting plans, determine number and location of playground elements and street furniture. Locations and designs of community gardens must be defined. Obtain tree-cutting permits. Assemble tree-cutting and replacement documentation. - During design, compliance with MSZ 12042:2019 (Protection of trees in construction sites) and MSZ 12172:2019 (Planting of ornamental trees and shrubs in public areas of settlements) standards is required to protect existing or planned trees on the construction site. - Planting of newly planted trees must be designed in accordance with applicable standards and maintenance directives. - During utility coordination, conditions for protecting the utilities regarding planted trees must be addressed and designed accordingly. - Economic evaluation and, if necessary, design of automatic irrigation system installation. - Leveling and, if necessary, redesign of manhole and drain covers located in new facility routes. Pavement on these covers must match or harmonize with new facility pavement. - Designer's responsibility includes ensuring coordination of all sectoral plans. Also tasks include utility investigation and consultation with providers (investigating necessary relocations and their approvals). Based on obtained utility data services, a utility general plan must be prepared. If there is no provider intention to develop or reconstruct utilities, this fact must be documented in writing with providers. - Design of necessary utility relocations and protections, and cooperation with services providers' planners. - Designer responsible for comprehensive design of special playground elements and their environment for accessibility.
