Procurement of IT Equipment for the PABLO Project - Autonomous Delivery Robots. The deadline for the contracting authority to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information is 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests are addressed within the timeline specified in Section I of the Data Sheet, namely 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
LOT-0001
Server.
Data processing and AI running server. In the context of the “PABLO” project, the server represents the critical infrastructure for the centralized storage of data from robotic tests, video recordings during autonomous travel, system logs, and analysis results. The system must allow multi-user access and provide stable performance in data processing at the terabyte level, with a high level of redundancy (RAID), security, and scalability. The server must ensure: ● hosting of software applications developed within the project; ● operation of a centralized database for testing scenarios; ● support for parallel processing and distribution of workloads; ● high availability and minimal downtime.
LOT-0002
Computing systems and accessories.
The contracting authority aims to purchase the following: 3. Portable workstations. The laptops are intended for both research activities that require mobility and field interventions for configuring robots, testing communication protocols, and real-time monitoring of data transmitted by the robot during autonomous movement. These devices must be robust, with high autonomy, adequate performance, and the capability to run technical tools used in robotics, simulation, and analysis. 4. Professional monitors for advanced visualization. For software development activities, complex graphic simulations, and analysis of images captured by robots, the monitors must offer high resolution, precise color calibration, and an extended display area. They are particularly used in the project's laboratories for visualizing 3D scenarios, analyzing objects detected by the robot’s visual system, and monitoring data flows generated in real time. 5. Networking equipment. Networking equipment (routers, smart switches, wireless access points) is necessary for creating a stable and fast communication infrastructure between the devices used in the project. The network must allow real-time data transmission between the robot and the control center, secure access to the project server, and efficient connection of all workstations. These devices are essential for: ● communication between the robot and monitoring stations; ● testing communication protocols between robots and urban infrastructure; ● the security and integrity of transmitted data. 6. IT peripherals and accessories. For the proper functioning of the entire IT ecosystem, additional devices such as multifunctional printers, UPSs for ensuring power continuity, professional keyboards and mice, auxiliary connectivity equipment, external storage units, and other essential components for the research environment are also needed.
