Framework Agreement on the Update of Biotope Mapping of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in the Years 2027 and 2028

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH), represented by the Procurement and Tendering Center of the Altona District Office (tendering authority), intends on behalf of the Authority for Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture (BUKEA) to conclude a framework agreement with several contractors for the update of the biotope mapping of the FHH as of 01.04.2027 and 01.04.2028. The scope of services specifically includes the recording and updating of biotopes protected under § 30 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatSchG) in conjunction with § 14 of the Hamburg Act for the Implementation of the Federal Nature Conservation Act (HmbB-NatSchAG), as well as FFH habitat types.
