Additional requirements to be taken into account when preparing the plans: Bicycle storages, supports, parking lots are to be planned in the immediate vicinity of the Event Area within the project. A cyclist resting place providing charging facilities for mobile devices (solar-powered smart bench), and free wifi service are to be designed. Their exact design and location determination are part of the planning task. Support for public procurement procedures: The winning designer’s task and responsibility as general designer is the execution public procurement procedure (compilation of annexes for procurement documentation, answering questions arising during supplementary information, checking bids, participation in evaluation). Designer supervision: The winning designer will also contract for designer supervision. The winning designer is obliged to perform designer supervision and other tasks until the end of the warranty period. Performance condition is availability twice a month at a location and time agreed with the contracting authority during the full physical implementation period. According to §19 (4) of the Act on Public Procurement (Ábtv.), the designer prepares and is responsible for the cost estimates and calculations underpinning state construction investments, as well as compliance with the architectural and technical documentation, and performs cost expert tasks defined in §22 of Ábtv.

Additional requirements to be taken into account when preparing the plans: The designer’s task also includes carrying out cost expert tasks according to state construction investment law. A 0.75 km long bicycle path is planned from the Kőbánya street connection to the peak of Templom hill. The designer is also tasked to design a rain shelter, cyclist resting place, and digital options (solar-powered smart bench, free wifi). Their exact design and location determination are part of the planning task. An e-bike charger is required at the cyclist resting place with bicycle storage, bike stand, bicycle parking, and a basic service unit package (tools for brake, gear and tire repair, tire repair kit, pump). Their exact design and location determination are part of the planning task. The bicycle traffic network plan must also include the bicycle path. Before permitting, all plans must be reviewed by the Plan Jury operated by ITM KRFK. The bicycle path must be recorded in KENYI.
