The objective of this procurement procedure: Acquiring and installing storage equipment for data migration to new systems and infrastructures considering the large volume of existing medical and administrative information at SCJU Timișoara, namely:
- Storage system, 1 unit.
- Servers, 3 units.
Additionally, the following software licenses are required:
- Database management system, 1 unit.
- Server operating system licenses for licensing at least 3 virtual instances with Windows Server, within the cluster, 9 units.
The contractor will provide the products (hardware and software) necessary for expanding the digitization process, in the quantities requested by the contracting authority and with the minimum characteristics/specifications specified in the specifications document.
Delivery will be made according to the requirements included in the specifications document.
Any requests for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/).
According to the provisions of art. 160 of Law 98/2016, economic operators interested in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 6 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 4th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
