LOT No. 1 – Execution of CS for the project: 'Construction of Park Complex “Kan Krum” UPI III - 540.1164 for public greenery, neighborhood 64 according to the plan of residential area “Trakia”, Plovdiv, identical to property ID 56784.540.1420'

Selection of a person performing consulting activities and construction supervision during construction, according to Regulation No. 3 from 31.07.2003 for drafting acts and protocols during construction; carrying out control regarding the completeness and proper drafting of acts and protocols during construction, according to Regulation No. 3/31.07.2003; control of quantities, prices, and quality of completed construction works; preparation of the necessary documentation for issuing certificates under Art. 74 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and under Art. 116, paragraph 1 and Art. 175, paragraph 5 of ZUT based on Art. 32, paragraph 1 of the Cadastre and Property Register Act (ZKIR); preparation of a technical passport for the object(s) according to Art. 176b of ZUT and within the scope defined in Art. 4 of Regulation No. 5/28.12.2006 for the technical passports of constructions; preparation of a final report to the contracting authority according to Art. 168, paragraph 6 of ZUT; preparation of the necessary documentation for putting into operation and participation in the acceptance commissions of the construction. Before putting the object into operation, a certificate for the energy characteristics of the building (energy certificate) must be prepared, when applicable.

The first level features the sports hall with accompanying premises – sanitary facilities for girls and boys, a storage room for equipment, and a control room. The intermediate level includes changing rooms for students, a room for the coach, and rooms for quiet games (recreation). The second level features four classrooms.
