1. The subject of the Order is the modernization of the hospital post-processing system for diagnostic imaging with a comprehensive diagnostic support system for examinations in CT/MR/MG/X-ray modalities based on diagnosis modeling using artificial intelligence algorithms, along with the supply of necessary hardware and provision of service and warranty services.
2. The detailed subject of the Order is specified in Appendix No. 2 - DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER (OPZ) to this SWZ.
3. The Order will be financed from the project: "Digital transformation of medical service processes using comprehensive data exchange, advanced diagnostics, and protection of IT systems in Pomeranian Hospitals Ltd." under the KPO, Action 1.1.2 "Accelerating the digital transformation processes in healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare."
4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure under Article 257 of the Pzp Act if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the subject order are not granted to it.
5. The subject of the public procurement contract will be implemented within 10 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than by July 13, 2026, under the terms and conditions specified in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ "Draft Agreement."
