The aim of the qualification system is to ensure a portfolio of qualified suppliers for future public contracts.
The subject of Public Contracts tendered in this SK Category will be the preparation of project documentation for the execution of construction, especially in the scope of the mechanical part and possibly also, to a corresponding extent, the electrical part and construction, which will serve as a binding basis for the construction contract, defining the technical and material execution and the method and actual assembly carried out by the Client.
The contractor shall prepare the documentation primarily in accordance with Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll. and Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation, and for facilities affecting nuclear safety, shall comply with the requirements of the Atomic Act (Act No. 263/2016 Coll.) and related decrees of the State Office for Nuclear Safety (SÚJB), in particular Decree No. 329/2017 Coll. on requirements for the nuclear facility project and Decree No. 358/2016 Coll. on requirements for quality assurance, technical safety, and conformity assessment and verification of selected equipment.
