The contract involves establishing an IT solution to manage and track energy consumption of CAVP's tertiary assets, aiming to reduce energy usage by 40% by 2030 while improving performance management and data reliability.

The purpose of this contract is to establish an IT solution for managing and tracking the energy consumption of the tertiary assets of the CAVP. In its sustainable development approach, the CAVP has set several objectives to be achieved, such as reducing the energy consumption of its tertiary assets by 40% by 2030, in order to meet the requirements of the tertiary decree:
- Improve the management of its energy performance and optimize energy-related costs through automatic detection of anomalies in buildings;
- Ensure the completeness and reliability of data to feed regulatory and internal reports;
- Reduce its carbon footprint by 2030.
The contract is a single-award framework agreement, with no minimum and a maximum amount of 300,000 euros excluding tax for its entire duration.
