The subject of the procedure consists of the procurement of equipment for the rehabilitation and extension of the hydrometric station network used in maintaining navigation conditions on the Romanian sector of the Danube, within the HyQ2 project, in accordance with the requirements in the specifications – Section II of the awarding documentation.
The deadline by which requests for clarifications on the awarding documentation will be received from potential bidders: 20 days before the deadline set for submitting offers.
The deadline for the contracting authority to respond to requests for clarifications on the awarding documentation: 12 days before the deadline set for submitting offers.
In accordance with art. 29 para. 3 of the annex to HG no. 394/2016, the contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators until the aforementioned deadline.

8. Turbidity measuring sensor – 47 pcs.

12. Hydrometric gauges with classical reading, made of fiberglass – 47 pcs.
13. AIS system – 47 pcs.
14. Turbidity and sediment measuring sensor mounted on technology vessels – 11 pcs.
15. Bathymetric drones – 6 pcs.
16. Multibeam sonar – 6 pcs.
17. LIDAR module – 6 pcs.
18. GNSS BASE-ROVER system – 6 pcs.
19. RTK radio – 6 pcs.
20. Digital level – 1 pcs.
21. Surveying level benchmarks – 65 pcs.
22. Application server for sensor data visualization and database – 2 pcs.
23. Computers – 6 pcs.
24. Datalogger with GSM modem – 47 pcs.

Accessory operations are as follows:
1. Measurements for the 47 hydrometric stations and the 7 bridges in the attached table.
2. Installation of equipment
3. Technological surveys/tests for equipment
4. Training personnel on the use of equipment.
ATTENTION!
The estimated value of 49,144,681.17 RON is the sum of the estimated value of the sectoral procurement for the supply of equipment, as requested in the specifications, amounting to 48,724,681.17 lei, excluding VAT, plus the value of expenses for establishing the implementation reserve for price adjustment in the amount of 420,000 lei, excluding VAT.
