Procurement of an automated pipetting robotics system for the Integrated Biobank Jena of the University Hospital Jena for standardized sample processing, cell isolation, and aliquoting of human liquid samples in an accredited environment. The procurement object includes not only hardware and software but also the integration of the necessary interfaces as well as services for method development for the automated isolation and processing of defined cell populations. The project is funded by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF program 2021-2027 Thuringia) as well as by state funds.
LOT-0001
Pipetting Robotics System.
The subject of the procurement is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a modular, automated pipetting robotics system including the necessary hardware and software for the standardized processing of human liquid samples for the Integrated Biobank Jena. The system is to enable the automated isolation of viable cells, the separation of defined single-cell populations, cell counting, normalization, and aliquoting into 2D-barcode target tubes. The scope of services also includes the provision and integration of the required system components, the bidirectional connection to Swisslab/Nexus and CentraXX, as well as services for the development, implementation, and validation of methods and protocols for the single-cell suspension isolation module, including the necessary developer hours allocation and reagents budget. Also included are training, documentation, commissioning, acceptance, as well as service and maintenance services in accordance with the tender documents.
