This Assignment includes the technical management of municipal real estate properties. For this Assignment, Business Operations Drechtsteden is looking for a knowledgeable and reliable Contractor who works independently, thinks proactively, and advises integrally. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement is 750,000 euros excluding VAT for the total duration (that is, including the two extension years).
The requested capacity is expected to be approximately 1.5 FTE per year. The intensity of involvement varies, depending on the specific tasks and needs from the organization. The Contractor does not manage fixed real estate properties but is flexibly deployed based on the current priorities and work distribution within the portfolio. Advisory Services for MJOP and Management Activities.
The Contractor is expected to carry out technical management integrally and proactively, utilizing existing systems of Business Operations Drechtsteden, notably Axxerion and O-prognose. In addition to execution, a contribution is also requested for quality improvement, cost control, and process optimization within real estate management.
The requested capacity is expected to be approximately 1.5 FTE per year. The intensity of involvement varies, depending on the specific tasks and needs from the organization. The Contractor does not manage fixed real estate properties but is flexibly deployed based on the current priorities and work distribution within the portfolio. The deployment will take place in coordination with Business Operations Drechtsteden.
The Contractor must be able to:
• Provide continuous structural support for regular tasks;
• Quickly (3 weeks) and flexibly scale up during peak loads or complex issues.
The deployment occurs at tactical and operational levels. The Client wishes to be supported by skilled personnel with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the field. The profiles required include at least:
• The role of technical advisor for real estate management with experience in municipal real estate management.
• The role of specialist NEN2767 and MJOP advisor.
