DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: The subject of the order is: "INSTALLATION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES SYSTEMS IN THE WIERZBINEK MUNICIPALITY" A detailed description of the subject of the order: The project will be implemented in a 'design and build' system. The goal of the investment is to produce electricity from renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic micro-installations and to store it in dedicated devices, i.e., energy storage systems. These installations will generate electricity, which will be used for private buildings, resulting in reduced costs associated with electricity purchasing, as well as achieving ecological effects in the form of reduced carbon dioxide emissions and other harmful gases into the atmosphere. In addition, the scope of this investment includes the installation of heat pumps operating in a bivalent system to meet part of the heat demand for heating and the preparation of hot water from renewable energy sources in the form of mounting heat pumps, with an electric heater supporting the system during peak periods. The installation of heat pumps aims to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of individual buildings, consequently lowering operating costs. The planned undertaking will result in an ecological effect in the form of reduced CO2 emissions and other harmful gases, contributing to the reduction of their emission. The facilities where the project is planned are located in the Wierzbinek Municipality, as indicated in Appendix no. 10 - i.e., the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) to this SWZ. The functional and utility program forms the basis for preparing a price offer for the comprehensive execution of the task covering all construction and assembly work, conducting training for the owners of facilities where the installations have been installed regarding the safe operation of photovoltaic installations, photovoltaic installations with energy storage, and heating installations based on heat pumps. The offer submitted by the Contractors should comply with this functional and utility program. The offer should cover the full range of supplies and services necessary for the realization of the investment, along with conducting the formalities related to the connection of the installations to the network, up to the handover to the Ordering Party. Moreover, the Contractor is also required to carry out all additional work and installation elements that have not been specified but are essential for the proper functioning and stability of operation and necessary maintenance work as well as to obtain a warranty for the efficient and trouble-free operation of photovoltaic micro-installations, photovoltaic micro-installations with energy storage, and heating systems based on heat pumps. The subject of the order has been divided into two parts: Part 1 - Photovoltaic Installations: The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of renewable energy installations in the places and facilities indicated in the Functional and Utility Program: 133 photovoltaic micro-installations. Among these installations, 64 will be equipped with energy storage. The subject of the order is described in detail in the Functional and Utility Program - Appendix no. 10 to the SWZ. Part 2 - Heat Pumps: The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of renewable energy installations in the places and facilities indicated in the Functional and Utility Program: 58 heat pump installations. The subject of the order is described in detail in the Functional and Utility Program - Appendix no. 10 to the SWZ
