The contracting authority intends to conclude a contract for technical assistance services to supervise the delivery of equipment for implementing activities under the responsibility of GEOECOMAR in the investment project "DANUBIUS-RO". The award of the contract is essential for the operationalization of both the pan-European project "DANUBIUS-RI" and its Romanian component "DANUBIUS-RO", as well as for fulfilling the obligations undertaken by the contracting authority through the financing contract, including the investor's obligation to oversee the delivery of scientific and technological equipment intended for the project, through certified personnel.

Within the investment process related to the major project "DANUBIUS-RO" - the International Center for Advanced Studies of River-Sea Systems, which is to be built/implemented in Murighiol, Tulcea County, the contracting authority intends to conclude a service contract for the supervision of the delivery of scientific and technological equipment in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Financing Contract. The services include verifying the conformity of the equipment with contractual technical specifications, participation in acceptance tests (FAT/SAT), as well as specialized technical assistance provided to the acceptance committee, contractual modifications, notifications, penalties).
