The Tampere University Foundation sr (Tampere University) requests your offer for the AI platform partner service for the Tampere higher education community TUNI (Tampere University TAU and Tampere University of Applied Sciences Oy TAMK) in accordance with this request for proposal and its attachments.
The goal of the procurement is to select an expert partner to primarily manage the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the TUNI AI platform, which consists mainly of Microsoft services, along with AI solutions carried out on it. The partner will provide architecture and technology consulting for future and existing implementations, integration and implementation services, as well as continuous technical support and monitoring in the multi-supplier environment of the higher education community. The contract period is two (2) years. The target start date for the contract period is September 1, 2026. The contracting authority reserves the right to utilize an optional period of two (2) years in the procurement.
