The project involves the design and construction of renewable energy installations in Domaniewice municipality, including photovoltaic systems, energy storage units, heat pumps, and solar collectors.

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled: "Construction of RES installation in the Domaniewice municipality." The project will be carried out under a "design and build" system.
The subject of the contract is implemented as part of: Project FELD.02.05-IZ.00-0052/23 carried out under FELD.02.05 Action: Renewable energy sources under the Priority: European Funds for a green Łódź region, Program: European Funds for the Łódź region 2021-2027
2. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and works aimed at implementing the investment involving the supply, installation, and commissioning of:
1) Photovoltaic installations in the amount of 97 units with a total capacity of 0.689 MW
2) Energy storage units in the amount of 97 units with a total capacity of 0.623 MWh
3) Heat pumps - number of installations 95 units with a total capacity of 1.055 MW
4) Solar collectors - number of installations 77 units with a total capacity of 0.298 MW
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the functional and utility program, which constitutes Annex No. 6 to the ToR.
