The awarding of the supply contract aims to equip the teaching laboratories within Building D of Ștefan cel Mare University of Suceava. The necessity for investment arises from the fact that currently, the educational infrastructure resources at the disposal of “Ștefan cel Mare” University of Suceava to carry out its activities optimally are limited. Therefore, it is proposed to enhance the University’s capacity to anticipate and respond to market demands regarding standards and academic quality. By benefiting from modern technology and equipment, new programs can be developed that provide students with cross-disciplinary skills. Conditions will be ensured for quality and relevant professional training that meets labor market needs, adapted to the level of technological development and specific requirements of economic sectors. The investment is proposed in areas with growth potential that contribute to increasing the employability of graduates in competitive fields and with smart specializations.
Delivery time: Delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the signing of the contract and after the establishment of the performance guarantee. - Invoice for the delivered products/equipment; - Minutes of the handover-receipt and acceptance of the delivered equipment, with the identification number of each piece of equipment specified in its content. - Warranty certificate for the purchased products/equipment - Declaration of quality/compliance for the purchased products/equipment; - Technical data sheet/product/user and installation manual - Technical warranty certificate from the manufacturer/supplier/distributor technical warranty required: Minimum 24 months on-site from the date of receipt. Deadline for submitting responses to requests for clarification: no later than 10 days before the deadline established for submitting offers. If the economic operator/economic operators do not submit the clarification request(s) in a timely manner, thereby putting the contracting authority in the impossibility of meeting the stipulated deadline (13 days before the established deadline for the submission of offers), the contracting authority will respond to the clarification request(s) to the extent that the time required to develop and transmit the response allows it to be received by the economic operators before the submission deadline for the offers. The responses to clarifications requested by economic operators and notifications regarding the procurement contract award procedure will be published in SEAP, attached to the participation announcement, in the “Documentation and Clarifications” section.
