The subject of the contract is to create project documentation and comprehensively execute the investment task titled “Renewable Energy Sources in Public Utility Buildings in the Krzanowice and Rudnik Communes”. The task involves designing and implementing the supply, installation, and commissioning of systems: heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and energy storage in public utility buildings in the Rudnik commune.

Renewable Energy Sources in Public Utility Buildings in the Krzanowice and Rudnik Communes.
1. The subject of the contract is to create project documentation and comprehensively execute the investment task titled “Renewable Energy Sources in Public Utility Buildings in the Krzanowice and Rudnik Communes”. The task involves designing and implementing the supply, installation, and commissioning of systems: heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and energy storage in public utility buildings in the Rudnik commune.
2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes, in particular, the design, supply, and installation as well as commissioning of:
1) Photovoltaic systems and heat pumps along with infrastructure for the following buildings:
- Community center in Grzegorzowice, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 31 b, 47 - 411 Grzegorzowice (capacity of photovoltaic installation: min. 9.6kWp, heating capacity of the heat pump: min. 20kW),
- Community center in Sławików, ul. Parkowa 57A, 47-417 Sławików (capacity of photovoltaic installation: min. 15.36kWp, heating capacity of the heat pump: min. 40kW),
- Community center and OSP Strzybnik, ul. Słoneczna 11, 47 – 411 Strzybnik (capacity of photovoltaic installation: min. 10.56kWp, heating capacity of the heat pump: min. 20kW),
2) Photovoltaic installations along with accompanying infrastructure on the roofs of buildings:
- OSP Sławików - Fire Station, ul. Strażacka 15, 47-417 Sławików (capacity of photovoltaic installation: min. 4.8kWp).
3) Photovoltaic installations with energy storage and heat pump along with accompanying infrastructure for the following buildings:
- OSP Gamów, ul. Długa dz. nr: 232/5, 232/6, 232/7, 232/8, 47 – 411 Gamów (capacity of photovoltaic installation: min. 28.8kWp, energy storage capacity: min. 10kWh, heating capacity of the heat pump: min. 40kW),
- OSP Brzeźnica - Fire Station, ul. Kozielska 32, 47 – 411 Brzeźnica (capacity of photovoltaic installation: min. 15.36kWp, energy storage capacity: min. 10kWh, heating capacity of the heat pump: min. 20kW),
4) Photovoltaic installations with energy storage and accompanying infrastructure for the following building:
- OSP Modzurów - Fire Station, ul. Słowackiego 16A, 47-415 Modzurów (capacity of photovoltaic installation: min. 8.64kWp, energy storage capacity: min. 10kWh).
5) Energy storage and heat pump along with accompanying infrastructure for the following building:
- Rudnik Commune Office, ul. Kozielska 1, 47-411 Rudnik (energy storage capacity: min. 10kWh, heating capacity of the heat pump: min. 60kW).
The investment also includes necessary equipment, wiring, and a monitoring system providing remote insight into the operation of each installation.
3. The detailed scope of work to be performed by the Contractor is described in the PFU, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Contract Project - Annex No. 2 of the SWZ and is an integral part of the SWZ.
