The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete, multi-discipline project documentation and the comprehensive execution of the investment task entitled “Construction of RES infrastructure for the development of the Południe Energy Cluster in the Nowosądecki County – photovoltaic installations, energy storage, and heat pumps for CWU and CO.” The contract is divided into two parts as follows: PART 1: “Construction of RES infrastructure for the development of the Południe Energy Cluster in the Nowosądecki County – photovoltaic installations, energy storage, and heat pumps for CWU and CO in private buildings” and PART 2: “Construction of RES infrastructure for the development of the Południe Energy Cluster in the Nowosądecki County – photovoltaic installations, energy storage in public utility buildings.” The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers, i.e., the contractor can submit an offer for one or two parts of the contract mentioned above. Further division of the contract is not allowed. The contracting authority informs that it anticipates the possibility of canceling this procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding orders referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law, which would involve partial replacement of delivered installations or increasing the number of delivered installations or expanding existing installations. The value of the orders referred to shall not exceed 20%.

The subject of the contract is the construction of RES infrastructure for the development of the Południe Energy Cluster in the Nowosądecki County – photovoltaic installations, energy storage, and heat pumps for CWU and CO in private buildings. The order involves the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of: 1. For the Municipality of Stary Sącz: a) 79 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 85 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage, c) 29 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter. 2. For the City and Health Resort Municipality of Muszyna: a) 62 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 3 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage, c) 16 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter. 3. For the Municipality of Łabowa: a) 64 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 1 photovoltaic installation with a hybrid inverter without energy storage, c) 14 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter, d) 38 installations of heat pumps for CO and CWU. 4. For the Municipality of Nawojowa: a) 84 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 4 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter. 5. For the Municipality of Krynica-Zdrój: a) 136 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage. 6. For the Municipality of Łącko: a) 108 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 49 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage, c) 24 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter, d) 78 installations of heat pumps for CO and CWU. The order involves the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of installations: 1. For the Municipality of Stary Sącz: a) 6 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 1 photovoltaic installation with a hybrid inverter without energy storage. 2. For the Municipality of Łabowa: a) 5 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 4 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter. 3. For the Municipality of Nawojowa: a) 5 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage. 4. For the Municipality of Krynica-Zdrój: a) 23 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage. 5. For the Municipality of Łącko: a) 8 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage.
