1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation and comprehensive implementation of the investment task titled "Renewable Energy Sources in the Municipality of Kornowac." The task involves designing and executing the supply, installation, and commissioning of systems: photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, and energy storage in public utility buildings within the Municipality of Kornowac.
2. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Public Procurement Law, allows for submitting partial bids divided into 3 parts as outlined below:
1) Part 1 of the contract – "Renewable Energy Sources in the Municipalities of Gorzyce, Godów, Kornowac, and Radlin," the subject of which includes the installation of renewable energy sources, divided into buildings:
a. Building of the Municipal Office in Kornowac:
- Installation of photovoltaic systems in the form of photovoltaic canopies,
- Reconstruction of the heating system of the existing gas boiler room – installation of air-to-water heat pumps,
b. Building of the Primary School in Kornowac:
- Installation of photovoltaic systems
c. Building of the Cultural Center in Rzuchów:
- Expansion of the existing photovoltaic system
d. Building of the Cultural Center in Pogrzebień:
- Expansion of the existing photovoltaic system in the form of photovoltaic canopies,
e. Building of the Cultural Center in Kobyla:
- Expansion of the existing photovoltaic system
f. Building of the Public Kindergarten in Pogrzebień:
- Installation of photovoltaic systems,
- Installation of energy storage
- Reconstruction of the heating system of the existing gas boiler room – installation of air-to-water heat pumps.
2) Part 2 of the contract – "Renewable Energy Sources in the Municipality of Kornowac (LGD)," whose subject includes the installation of renewable energy sources, divided into buildings:
g. Building of the Culture and Library Center in Kornowac:
- Expansion of the existing photovoltaic system in the form of photovoltaic canopies,
- Installation of energy storage,
- Reconstruction of the heating system of the existing gas boiler room – installation of air-to-water heat pumps,
h. Building of the former Agricultural Circle in Kornowac:
- Installation of photovoltaic systems.
3) Part 3 of the contract – "Comprehensive actions to improve the energy efficiency of public utility buildings in the Municipality of Kornowac – Thermomodernization of the Educational and Kindergarten Complex in Kobyla," the subject of which includes carrying out thermomodernization primarily involving the installation of:
- air-to-water heat pumps;
- thermal energy management system in the building's heating installation;
- photovoltaic panels.
3. The detailed scope of work to be carried out by the Contractor is described in:
For part 1: - PFU, For part 2: - PFU, For part 3: - PFU, which are Attachments No. 1 to the SWZ and the Draft Agreement - Attachment No. 2 SWZ and are an integral part of the SWZ.
