The Municipality of Apeldoorn is conducting a market consultation to gather insights on the Cleanup & Data Sustainability Fileshares project, aiming to understand market capabilities and improve procurement documentation.
The Municipality of Apeldoorn is preparing a European procurement procedure for the assignment Cleanup & Data Sustainability Fileshares. Prior to the formal tendering process, the municipality will conduct a market consultation, in accordance with the Procurement Act 2012 (Article 2.24) and the recommendations of PIANOo, the Expertise Center for Procurement.
The purpose of this market consultation is dual: • To gain insight into the market: which parties are active in this domain, what approaches and tools are used, and what experiences have been gained from similar governmental organizations? • To improve the procurement documentation: the insights gained will be used to refine the Program of Requirements (PvE) and the procurement strategy.
The outcomes of this market consultation are non-binding and do not create any claims for participation in the later procurement procedure. Participation does not lead to exclusion, nor does it provide any advantages in the procurement process. All responses will be treated confidentially.
