ADMIE manages a range of primary data for its operational functions (excluding SCADA data), which are critical for the smooth execution of tasks by its Directorates and necessary for its financial, tax, and regulatory compliance. In the context of the Project, the Contractor must:
• apply artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms for the cleaning and enrichment of operational data (to which SCADA data is not included),
• be responsible for the development of interoperability systems between ADMIE and publicly available external sources for real-time enrichment and updating of data,
• prepare a study for the implementation of secure data management procedures,
• prepare a study and proposal for the utilization of Artificial Intelligence for the production of Reports and Optimizations of the procedures (Asset maintenance & Finance).

DEA-525156 - Provision of services for the cleaning, enrichment and updating of data, using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms and the implementation of secure data management procedures.
1. The total estimated value of the contract - including the value of the option rights - amounts to five million nine hundred and forty thousand euros (€5,940,000.00), plus VAT, and is broken down as follows:
• four million nine hundred fifty thousand euros (€4,950,000.00), plus VAT, mainly budgeted for the subject, for a period of six (6) years, which constitutes a maximum bid limit, plus
• the value of the option rights, with a total estimated value of up to nine hundred ninety thousand euros (€990,000.00), plus VAT, (that is, up to 20% of the budget) for:
(a) extension of the maintenance period by up to one (1) additional year, under the same terms and unit prices, or/and
(b) increase of the subject of the contract, by assigning similar services, that is, increase of the physical - economic subject of the contract under the same terms and unit prices.
