1. The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, placement, installation, and commissioning of renewable energy sources, user training, and the provision of after-sales service within the warranty period (hereinafter "RES"):
1) 436 photovoltaic micro-installations,
2) 293 electrical energy storage installations,
3) 26 air source heat pump installations for central heating and domestic hot water purposes,
4) 1 renewable energy storage installation using hydrogen technology along with a photovoltaic energy production installation,
hereinafter referred to as "Installations."
2. The contracting authority divides the order into two parts:
1) Part I entitled "classic RES," covering the implementation of the Installations described in section 1 points 1), 2), and 3) of this chapter of the Terms of Reference;
2) Part II entitled "Hydrogen installation," covering the implementation of the Installation described in section 1 point 4) of this chapter of the Terms of Reference.

Part I entitled "Classic RES."
The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, placement, installation, and commissioning of renewable energy sources, user training, and provision of after-sales service within the warranty period (hereinafter "RES"):
1) 436 photovoltaic micro-installations,
2) 293 electrical energy storage installations,
3) 26 air source heat pump installations for central heating and domestic hot water purposes.
The delivery, installation, and commissioning of the Installations are intended for the production and storage of energy from renewable sources for the households of the municipalities of Bochnia, City of Bochnia, Drwinia, Koszyce, New Brzesko, and for the needs of the municipalities of Bochnia, City of Bochnia, Drwinia, Koszyce, New Brzesko and their organizational units (hereinafter: "Users"). The specification of properties covered by the project is included in the Functional-Utility Programs (hereinafter "FUP"), constituting Annexes No. 1.1 – 1.10 to the Terms of Reference. The contracting authority indicates,[GZ1.1][KS1.2] that based on agreements concluded with residents where the RES installations covered by the order will be implemented, residents have given consent to carry out actions related to the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the Installations necessary to achieve the Project's goals.

Part II entitled "Hydrogen Installation."
The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, placement, installation, and commissioning of a renewable energy storage installation using hydrogen technology along with a photovoltaic energy production installation, as well as the provision of after-sales service within the warranty period.
The purpose of the installation is to produce hydrogen from electrical energy, its storage, and subsequent conversion of the stored energy back into electrical energy, enabling demonstration and operation of the system under real conditions. The installation is to be mobile, consisting of a production module and a hydrogen storage module.
