The procurement is aimed at providing technical evaluation, analysis, and testing services for the condition of industrial and hydrotechnical structures with a nuclear safety function/safety-related structures at Cernavodă NPP, and their long-term performance, including detailed presentation of conclusions, recommendations for improvement, and necessary compensatory measures for the execution of the associated aging monitoring and management program within a contractual period of 45 months of which 38 months are actual service delivery. The number of days for requesting clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers is 18 days. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests made by the economic operators by this established deadline. The contracting entity will clearly and comprehensively respond to all clarification requests or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.

The requested services will be conducted for Units 1 and 2 over a period of 45 months and consist of the following activities:
1) Evaluation/analysis/testing activities for industrial constructions at:
1.1) Reactor Building;
1.2) Nuclear Auxiliary Services Building (CSAN), including the Spent Fuel Pools;
1.3) Integrated Building (including Electric Body and Degasser Body);
1.4) Enrichment Tower;
1.5) Emergency Filtered Containment Ventilation System Building;
1.6) Emergency Water Source (EWS) Building, including the concrete structure of the intake;
1.7) EPS-SCR Building;
1.8) High Pressure Emergency Core Cooling (HPECC) Building;
1.9) Intermediate Radioactive Solid Waste Storage Facility Buildings (DIDSR);
1.10) Water Treatment Plant Building (STA);
1.11) 110 kV Substation Building.
2) Evaluation/analysis/testing activities for hydrotechnical constructions/structures with a nuclear safety function (or important for nuclear safety)/safety-related structures at:
2.1) Sitel House;
2.2) Pump House,
2.3) Distribution Basin;
2.4) Cold Water Channels and Pipelines;
2.5) Hot Water Channels and Pipelines;
2.6) Siphoning and Switching Basin;
2.7) Tunnel (pertaining to U1 and U2) and hot water discharge channel to the Danube (Seimeni Channel).
The activities will be concluded with the preparation of 17 deliverables by the Provider.
Services will be rendered in accordance with the technical and performance requirements specified in the procurement specification no. CA#CR 44078, Rev.1.
