Connection of Rozsrétszőlő to the bicycle network.
Within this planning task, a bicycle-friendly road shall be designed with all accessory and necessary facilities together along the external and internal routes of Görgey Artúr Street - Szabadság Street - Tulipán Street. It will provide connection to the junction of Simai Street - Görgey Artúr Street - Orgona Street and to the northern sides of the 35130 road Rozsrétszőlő connecting road - namely Rozstelek Street - with planned or existing bicycle paths and cycling facilities. During the design, parameters of existing roads shall be reviewed and necessary modifications planned accordingly. The planning task also includes designing cycling on- and off-ramps, necessary road connections/passages and all related facilities and interventions needed for their implementation. The necessity of road connections/passages and interventions related to on- and off-ramps shall be preliminarily examined, coordinated with Hungarian Public Road Non-Profit Ltd. and the Contracting Authority, and planned as needed. The examination of possibilities for planting trees and shrubs and the design of their planting is also included. The area affected by the design is 2700 m. LEGO bicycle path.
In connection with this design task, the bicycle path running parallel to main road No. 36, Polgár-Nyíregyháza secondary main road, up to section 46+134 km, between the center of Nyíregyháza City with County Rights and LEGO, has been completed earlier. As a continuation of this independently routed bicycle path, it is planned to design the missing bicycle path section up to approximately section 41+373 km of the main road, connecting to Nyíregyháza City with County Rights administrative boundary, together with all ancillary facilities necessary for its implementation. The compliance with standards of the already existing section after the LEGO roundabout will also be reviewed and redesigned if necessary. The design task also includes the planning of cycling on- and off-ramps for all design sections, necessary main road connections and all related facilities and interventions needed to implement them. Connections to surrounding districts such as Antalbokor, Vargabokor, Kovácsbokor, Vajdabokor, Benkőbokor, Sulyánbokor, etc. must also be ensured and are part of the design. The need for main road connections/passages and interventions related to access ramps will be examined in advance and coordinated with Hungarian Public Road Non-Profit Ltd. and the Contracting Authority, and planned if necessary. An accessible connection between the bicycle paths and bus platforms on the same side will also be designed, considering the rural character of the bicycle path. Examination of opportunities for planting trees and shrubs and design of planting will also be planned. The area affected by the design is approximately 4950 m. Simai Road bicycle path.
Under this project, a new bicycle path meeting the (OTrT) expectations will be designed between Nyíregyháza, Orgona Street and the Hosszúháti Road access road in the Felsősima district of Nyíregyháza, on the public road section between approximately km 54+250 and 46+730 of road No. 3317 Hajdúnánás-Nyíregyháza connecting road, with a route nearly parallel to the connecting road, together with all ancillary facilities necessary for implementation. During the design, harmony and break-free connection with the project named “Connection of Rozsrét to the bicycle network” must be ensured. Design tasks also include planning cycling on- and off-ramps, necessary road connections/passages and related facilities/interventions needed to implement them. Connections to surrounding populated districts such as Kertváros, Mandabokor, Polyákbokor, Bem József Street, etc. are also part of the design. The need for road connections/passages and interventions related to access ramps will be examined in advance, coordinated with Hungarian Public Road Non-Profit Ltd. and the Contracting Authority, and planned if necessary. This may include standardization needs for road junctions, managed by Hungarian Public Road Non-Profit Ltd. An accessible connection between the bicycle paths and bus platforms on the same side will be designed considering the bicycle path’s rural character. As part of this design task, a two-way, 2x1 lane connecting road will be designed between Nyíregyháza, Sóstóhegy Muskotály Street - Álmos Street - Újkenyér Street starting junction and main road No. 4 at section 278+420 km, suitable for traffic, characterized both by external and internal urban nature, with all necessary road junctions and accessory facilities. The junction with main road No. 4 is also part of this design task. Within the urban section, street lighting and planning for future regulation line recommended for delimitation of the road will be included. This includes reserving space for sidewalks to be constructed under other projects within the road area, ensuring their feasibility and also enabling future service and access for properties from public area. Design of the main road No. 4 junction is not part of this design task. Within the urban section, street lighting and planning for a future regulation line recommended for the road delimitation will be included. Connecting road between Nyírszőlős and Sóstóhegy.
As part of this design task, a two-way, 2x1 lane connecting road will be designed between Nyíregyháza, Szőlőskert Street - Vasút Street starting intersection and the junction leading to the 3834 municipal road Nyírség Street - 38314 Sóstóhegy station road, characterized both by external and internal urban nature, with all necessary road connections, junctions, railway crossings, and accessory facilities. Designing the national public road terminal junction and the correction of the primary route position at the Nyírség Street - Nyírség Street junction according to the valid zoning plan are also part of this design task. Within the urban section, street lighting and revision of the recommended regulation line for future road delimitation will be planned, which includes reserving space for sidewalks to be constructed in other projects in the future, ensuring feasibility and enabling future service and access for properties from public areas. Establishment of a P+R parking lot next to the Northern bypass road.
As part of this project, a wooded P+R parking lot with approximately 800-850 spaces is to be designed on the orchard-classified properties bearing parcel numbers 0185/20 and 0185/21 in Kótaj, south of the Northern bypass road of Nyíregyháza and west of railway line No. 118, with all facilities required by relevant legislation and Road Technical Specifications, together with associated area lighting. Furthermore, a surveillance security system (cameras and ancillary facilities) related to the construction of the P+R parking lot must be designed, including all necessary facilities for its operability (e.g. network and control devices, integration into the public area supervision control center, planning with devices as necessary, etc.). The design task also includes a license plate recognition entry and exit system at the entry and exit points, ensuring passage for buses at the southern entry and exit point. Related to the establishment of the P+R parking lot, the design of a traffic-regulated road junction west of the intersection with railway line No. 118 on the Northern bypass road of Nyíregyháza, sized according to traffic data, is also required. Preparatory studies based on necessary traffic sizing, documentation of these studies, and consultations with Hungarian Public Roads Nonprofit Plc. in the presence of the Contracting Authority are also part of the design task. The Permission and Execution plans regarding the junction, which will be preliminarily approved by Hungarian Public Roads Nonprofit Plc. in terms of technical content and scope, as well as all ancillary facilities necessary for the later implementation of the junction, are to be designed as part of this project. In connection with the creation of the P+R parking lot, the design of a directional signage system guiding the parking is also required. During the design of the parking lot, attention must be paid to the potential future development of a service location south of the Northern bypass road railway crossing on line No. 118 - included in renovation phases, whether intermediate or terminus. The possible later construction of island platforms between tracks here cannot be excluded. Therefore, necessary land reservation for the implementation and ensuring barrier-free pedestrian access to potentially rebuilt future railway platforms must be guaranteed; it must not be obstructed. During the P+R parking design, for bus lines heading to Sóstógyógyfürdő, at least 2 departure and 2 arrival stops/vehicle stands and their platform covers, as well as a minimum of 2 waiting opportunities for shuttle buses, are also design tasks. Safe pedestrian facilities and infrastructure with all related ancillary facilities are to be designed for bus and later narrow-gauge railway boarding and alighting points. In the design of the P+R parking lot, prioritizing bicycle traffic opportunities and planning related conditions is also part of the task. Accordingly, the design of a sized number of bicycle racks and provisions for their potential future expansion is also included. Establishment of an 800-850 space P+R parking lot with narrow-gauge railway connections. The road design involved is for 1600 meters. Development of Kemecsei Road.
As part of this design task, a pedestrian and bicycle crossing will be established at the junction of connecting road No. 3834 and Templom Street, on Kemecsei Road. Related to this, the junction is to be sized and designed based on traffic data, and pedestrian and bicycle connections ensured. Safe and standardized design of bus stops is also required. Additionally, pedestrian and bicycle connections must be designed along the section between this junction and Mogyoró Street’s existing footpath, including the establishment of a safe crossing over railway line No. 100, as well as along Csónak Street towards Szivárvány Street. Furthermore, the sizing and design of the Kemecsei Road–Berenát Street junction based on traffic data and the provision of pedestrian and bicycle connections, as well as safe and standardized bus stops, are to be carried out. Pedestrian connection also has to be designed for the section between the Berenát Street junction and Betekints Street. A safe infrastructure suitable for pedestrians and cyclists must be designed on the section between Fürdő Street and the exit branch of the fuel station. On the section of Kemecsei Road affected by the intervention, the renewal and, if necessary, reinforcement of the pavement structure (based on deflection measurement) shall also be planned as a design task, together with the drainage design of all facilities to be designed as part of the current project. Development of Domb Street.
As part of this design, a bicycle-friendly road is to be designed with all its ancillary and necessary facilities, running from Folyóka Street along Domb Street, Szeder Street and Gesztenye Street, to Kőműves Street. The length of the affected road alignment is approximately 950 m. The developed alignment of Domb Street–Szeder Street–Gesztenye Street can provide a paved road connection between the Kistelek district and the Borbánya district of Nyíregyháza. During the design, the parameters of existing roads affected by or connected to the design will be reviewed, and modifications will be planned as necessary. Design tasks also include providing necessary bicycle connections, related junctions and disconnections, as well as road connections/crossings, and all facilities and interventions necessary for their implementation. Public lighting and the regulatory line proposed for future road alignment will also be reviewed, including a land strip for current and future sidewalks to be established under other projects within the existing and planned road areas, ensuring their constructability and subsequent access to properties from public areas with infrastructure.
