The subject of the open procedure is the selection of contractors for the public procurement for "Engineering - design, construction, and author supervision for energy renovation of a multi-family residential building in the town of Devnya, municipality of Devnya - Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located in the town of Devnya, 70 Raiko Daskalov Str. in relation to the procedure "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building fund - Phase I".
The scope of this public procurement includes the following activities:
Activity 1: design - preparation of investment projects in the phase of "technical project", in accordance with Regulation No. 4 from 21.05.2001 for the scope and content of investment projects, the Spatial Development Act, and the related secondary regulatory acts for the construction of structures/objects.
Activity 2: construction/CMR - execution of construction and assembly works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for carrying out the construction, in accordance with the regulatory requirements, and the requirements of the Contracting Authority for structures/objects.
Activity 3: author supervision - exercising author supervision during the execution of construction/objects.
