1. The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, installation, commissioning and handover for operation of energy autonomy systems for public utility buildings of the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk, including:
1.1. photovoltaic installations (PV),
1.2. electric energy storage systems (BESS),
1.3. systems cooperating with a power generator (GEN),
1.4. automation and energy management systems EMS/BMS,
1.5. island and emergency operation systems,
1.6. fire protection systems (PPOŻ),
1.7. monitoring and remote management systems.
2. The systems must enable:
2.1. increase of self-consumption of energy,
2.2. lowering energy intake from the grid,
2.3. maintaining power supply to critical loads,
2.4. island operation,
2.5. integration with the power generator,
2.6. remote control of the system operation.
