1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the task titled: "Renewable Energy Sources in the Municipality of Aleksandrów." The subject of the contract includes the preparation of design documentation and work aimed at implementing the investment involving the supply, installation, and commissioning of installations in private buildings and public utility buildings. The project will be carried out under a "design and build" system and is detailed in the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as FUP), which constitutes annex no. 6a, 6b to the Terms of Reference (ToR). The subject of the contract is implemented under: Project FELD.02.05-IZ.00-0094/23 carried out under FELD.02.05 Action: Renewable Energy Sources within the Priority: European Funds for the Green Łódzkie, Program: European Funds for Łódzkie 2021-2027. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into the following two parts: Part no. 1: Renewable energy sources on private buildings • installation of heat pumps for heating and hot water needs - 68 pumps in 68 locations The contracting authority informs that it requires the heat pumps to be installed to be from the same manufacturer. Part no. 2: Renewable energy sources on public utility buildings • installation of solar collectors - 30 collectors in 5 locations • installation of a pellet boiler room - 1 unit A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the functional and utility program, which constitutes annex no. 6a to the ToR for Part no. 1 and annex no. 6b for Part no. 2 to the ToR.
